When and where will the wedding take place? Our wedding will be held on November 2nd, 2024 at The Ruins at Sassafras, located at 194 Darrow Rd, in New Lebanon, NY. The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location. Please check back closer to our wedding date for the exact start time and additional details.

What is the dress code? We invite you to dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. For men, suits or smart jackets are encouraged; ties are welcome but not obligatory. For women, cocktail dresses or elegant separates are ideal. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about what to wear.

Are children welcome? We love your little ones, but have decided to keep our special day adults-only. Please let us know if you think you will have any issues making childcare arrangements.

What are the parking options? Parking for 60 cars is available at the venue with wheelchair availability to ensure every guest arrives safely. You can also use our provided shuttle (details below) or a ride-sharing service.

Will there be transportation provided? Yes, shuttles will depart the Hampton Inn at 2:45 pm, and shuttles will depart the Courtyard Marriott at 3:15 pm.

Is there a block of hotel rooms reserved for guests? Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott and Hampton Inn in Lenox. Please visit the “Travel” page of our website for more details.

Can I bring a plus-one? Due to venue capacity, only guests named on the invitation can be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions? Please let us know of any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a wonderful dining experience.
